A:For security purposes and to avoid fraud you must verify your bank account with our processing company before placing an order with ACH.
It’s simple, but there are a six steps.
Create and account, wait for a verification email so you can create your password.

Click on “Add payment method” and Select ACH.
Add your banking information:
Bank Routing Number
Bank Account Number
Holder Name (Name on the Account)
And select if it is an individual (personal) account or Company (business) account.
Wait for Micro deposits to be made by stripe in to your account. This typically takes 24-48 Hours.
Click on the link in your email that says “verify micro deposits” and repeat step five along with Micro deposit numbers.

Q: Is the price locked in?
A: Your price is locked in at the moment your payment is successful. If you are looking to pay via ACH, take the time to verify your account, and once verified you can also use that payment method to lock in your price 24/7.
Q: Why didn’t my credit card payment get accepted?
A: We have the highest possible security features with our credit card processing company. If your billing address is not your shipping address, or your email does not match the one on file with your credit card company, it it likely to fail. In many cases, your credit card company may send you a text message to confirm your identity and the amount purchased. These are normal. If for some reason you believe your credit card was wrongfully declined, please call your credit card company and let them know you are making a purchase on our website. That typically works. Q:How much is shipping?
A: Shipping is $25 for all purchase less than $1500, and Free for any purchase above that. If you would like to have your item shipped to the store for pickup it is $5. These are batch orders and could delay your order a little more than normal.
Q: How long does something take to ship?
A: Usually 5 business days after your payment has cleared, however it can take up to an additional 14 business days to ship depending on market conditions.
Q: How do you ship?
A: We are currently only shipping with Fedex Express. All shipments require an adult signature. Starting June of 2022, Fedex will also require the scanning of your ID to accept a package.
Q: Can you ship to a PO Box?
A: Yes however additional fees will be required, please call before purchasing. Please keep in mind your billing address must be your PO Box.
Q: Do you charge Sales tax?
A: There is no sales tax on all orders over $1000 in Massachusetts. As of right now there is no sales tax on any out of state (outside Massachusetts) orders.
Q: Are transactions reported?
A: Transactions by Credit Card, ACH and Bitpay do not require reporting.

Q: Can I make a purchase in store?
A: In store purchases are not available at this time, our building is being renovated. However we do still offer in-store pick up for any purchases made online.
